About NICS-AIM

AI × Mixed-signal research group at Tsinghua EE.

Our Mission

NICS-AIM is a research group in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University. We work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and mixed-signal integrated circuits, from device-level innovation to system-level integration.

The group is led by Huazhong Yang and Xueqing Li, and brings together postdocs, PhD and master's students, and engineers.

Research areas

Data-oriented Chip-Algorithm Co-design for AI Computing Acceleration Compute-in-memory, process-in-memory, low-power embedded memory, and related circuits for AI acceleration.
Mixed-signal CMOS IC Design High-speed high-dynamic-range D/A converters and related analog/mixed-signal circuits.
